		<description>i work at a desk all day, and instead of burning no calories all day i sit on an exercise ball instead of a chair, its good for posture and you will burn nearly 400 more calories a day just by sitting there! plus you can have fun bouncing around the office too :)</description>

		<description>One of my favorite inventions is my I-pod.  I put it on and walk around my apartment.  I don&#039;t feel safe in my stairwell, not that it&#039;s a bad area but just safety precautions.  I like walking, just have to get my act together and do it.   Putting on the i-pod and walking around my apt, it&#039;s not a lot but it&#039;s something.   I clean I move.    :winking:</description>

So true! 
I love all your tips but I don&#039;t drive so I have to walk anyway.  ;-)  Thats a good thing right? 
Also like Jade&#039;s tip of not taking the whole pile of laundry so you have to make more trips to and fro.... definately going to be doing that from now on!</description>

One thing I do, is if I am doing housework or laundry, I walk back and forth many more times than I would need to. I take two or three items of clothes, rather than an entire pile. I will take windex and paper towels, only to come back for the ajax and sponge..etc.</description>
