I feel like I accomplised alot today. I took my Christmas tree and all decorations down. My DH moved the treadmill out of the corner so I can actually use it and I drank alot of water. I ate well today too. I had for breakfast pancakes with an ice coffee, lunch was a salad with 2 steak tips and dinner was a small portion of Au Gratin Potatoes. I know it doesn’t seem all that healthy but for me it was just right. Tonight while at work I was looking at the WW website and I really think I might join it again. I am going to talk to DH about it at some point tomorrow. I did well the last time I was on WW and I know I could do it again.
I just feel so inspired lately. I don’t know what it is but I hope it sticks around and keeps me motivated. I am calling my doctor tomorrow to go in and talk to him about my weight loss goals and see what he has to say. My promise to myself tonight is to get on my treadmill tomorrow for at least 15 minutes.

Motivation is the one thing I can’t seem to find. I’m lazy. I’m a procrastinator. And I’d much rather sit my ass on the couch with the laptop and the tv remote than do anything else. I hope you can keep it up *grin*
