I get to nuts if it&#039;s the same or if its very different..How did I lose so much weight in one day.   It&#039;s whatever works for you.</description>

		<description>The problem with weighing in daily is that there are fluctuations day to day--so if you lose weight, you may think you can eat whatever.  And if you gain, you&#039;ll feel discouraged.  At least that&#039;s the problem for me--and why I stick to once a week.

Veggies are our friends.  Let&#039;s eat them!</description>

		<description>All good tips and doesn&#039;t matter how many times it&#039;s said.   The more often you read it, the better change of it sticking. 

Adding a protein to the vege or carb is a good idea.  One little egg, some nuts, soy, which, ewwww, but I do love edamame (sp?) 
I am going to try to start with soy milk, it has to help some right.    And vitamins, If I can remember 21 days in a row to take a vitamin, it becomes a habit.</description>
