Four days into the new way of life. Healthy eating, walking, portion control, water, reaching out to others and increasing activities that get me up and out of the lure of the light of the refrig . I officially join WW tomorrow night but have done all the preliminary work…..getting my head in the game, throwing away items that are “red flag” foods, and stocking up on fruits and vegetables.
Listen people, I always start out really well…..it’s the long haul that does me in.

If you can find a way to keep the healthy food in the house–and make it convenient to grab it as a snack, it will help.

The first week is easy..your head is there. It’s the second week and the third week, after that - easy since it’s somegthing you are use to by then.
