It is certainly an eyeopener to see how quickly little bites here and there add up.  I know I occasionally say &quot;oh just this little bit won&#039;t hurt&quot; but I guess it all depends on how many things you say that to in the day doesn&#039;t it....lol  yes 1 little bit won&#039;t hurt....1 little bit, 10 different times a day is 10 little bits - then it becomes a big bit.

Congratulations for staying within your points!!
