		<description>I hear ya on the white rice! My husband is from Thailand, home of one of the finest rices in the world, and for him a meal isn&#039;t complete without it. So whenever he cooks Asian food, usually Thai or Japanese, I must really limit myself and I still have over the 1/2 cup serving size. I always try never to eat more than two servings, or one cup. I tried cooking brown rice seperately for myself, but it never worked out.</description>

		<description>Way to go, Rachel!  Sometimes when you think you did well in making a choice it is okay to say, &quot;Yay, I only had one piece of bread instead of 2,&quot; or whatever.  You can put your whole food log on if you want, but I can understand you not wanting to either.  I figure if I stay within my points, I don&#039;t want everyone to know exactly &lt;i&gt;what&lt;/i&gt; I ate.  It&#039;s not me either.  I would be embarrassed for everyone to know that I ate peanut butter toast everyday for lunch, I mean if I did, that is. :winking: 

I agree this site is awesome.  Leanne rocks!  She must not be sleeping at all with all the stuff she is doing with the site.  I don&#039;t frankly know how she is getting in her work outs.  She must have cloned herself.</description>
