This was a great reminder! Also remember to drink before you feel thirsty. And add a glass of water before you go to bed and once you wake up as the body becomes dehydrated from sleep.

Also, when you are dehydrated, your body mistakenly thinks that you are hungry. So if you think you are hungry, try drinking water first.
I will say though, if you drink softened tap water, it does have sodium in it because water softeners use salt to do their job.

Oh how I love water! You know I actually do, often when i have a drink of something else – tea, cola whatever then i have a glass of water I say to Leigh – i really should drink more water cause i actually do like it. It hits the thirst spot better than any other drink IMO.

Also remember, when you drink lots and lots of water… when your body decides it has to pee… it has to pee NOW! *tee hee*
