		<description>I read in a book (French Women Don&#039;t Get Fat) that the two most important glasses of water to drink are right when you get up and right before you go to bed. So if you can get those in for sure, you&#039;ve crossed two glasses off your list right away! You can also fit in exercise by doing things like parking further away in the parking lot and taking one floor of stairs to start with instead of an elevator. You&#039;re off to a great start! :)</description>
