		<description>Try just taking baby steps... park the car further away from the building, drink a glass more water than you would normally, have  less biscuit, dance while you wait for the kettle/coffe maker, dance in the ad breaks on TV, take the stairs not the elevator etc etc...
Everything that you do that is healthier than what you normally do will help you!
Most of all don&#039;t think of it as a &quot;diet&quot; - when we think diet we think &quot;oh I can&#039;t have that or this&quot; when really you can have a little of what you want even if it is a choc cake....as long as its just a little...:winking:

You have to plan how you are going to do it.  Plan a day,  menu within a reasonable calorie range.  Dont&#039; starve yourself.  I found Weight Watchers very helpful.  You might want to try going to a meeting.  It si VERY helpful.</description>
