Yesterday was a mixed bag of good and bad. I walked a mile (instead of 2), took my kids ice skating for 1 1/2 hours (my ankles have still not forgiven me), and walked and skateboarded to the park (about 1 mile round trip). I skateboarded most of the way there and walked home. I’m trying to teach my son how!I know you’re all thinking good right? Yeah, but I had Wendy’s for lunch! A single with cheese meal with a diet. I felt guilt immediately, but I guess we all trip up. I didn’t drink my water either. It was grilled salmon and tomatoes for supper which was very yummy. So, today I start again. I’m working a half day today and the treadmill will wait until I get home because I had so much trouble sleeping last night, but I will do it and if I don’t want to, I’ll call my friend to tell me to get my rear up there! No tip for the day ladies, I didn’t get enough sleep to bring it to the forefront of my thoughts today. Maybe later.

Clara, it sounds really like you did not do all that bad. With all that exercise it probably canceled the bad and you should be pround of yourself for the exercise as that is what I think a lot of us have trouble gettting in, or at least I do. So :yahoo:

You know, a single only has 420 cals. Granted fat grams are not so nice, but you chose a single. Crud if I went to Wendy’s - I would have picked up a double AND a large chili AND fries.
You didn’t get fries either, did you? You never do.
Don’t beat yourself up too much about it, you chose the lowest cal burger they have on the menu, and you definitely did great at dinner!
(Challenge: go 3 weeks without drive-through food. Let me know how you do!)

Sometimes we all end up at a Wendys or a McD’s.
At least you didn’t eat the fries.
