I’m just curious as to what plan everyone is following? Are you following a plan like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig? Or are you on The South Beach, or Atkins diet? Or are you just winging it on your own?

I’m on the Leanne Plan. It’s the one where I’ve finally learned my lesson, and I make healthy, permanent changes to the foods I buy and make for me and my family. I’ve taken bontril (or hydroxycut in very low dosage) to help with appetite suppression while I’m losing and craving, but haven’t depended on any one specific “diet plan”.
I have fluctuated so much and tried so many plans, the only one that is going to work is just making immediate, permanent changes at the grocery store.

I’m trying to figure out WW. Who knew you’d have home work to try and figure out what you can eat. I’m sure it will work if I can survive Miss Chirpy.

I’ve done WW on my own before, and now I’m winging it.

I did Nutrisystem for a couple of months (loved the food ut it didn’t love me back) and now I’m just doing the Thumper plan. 1200-1400 calories a day, trying to get good foods in there, portion control, etc.

Basically just winging it. I am combing WW with a diet a nutritionist gave me. And water….Lots of water

i, too, am winging it. since we’re getting ready to move east, $$ is pretty tight here. i am trying to cut out carbs & refined sugars. i also have a membership to 24hr….but i have yet to go. no motivation.

WW here for me. It is the only thing, except winging it, that I have ever done. It is the only thing that has ever worked for me. Which doesn’t really say much.

I’m doing a modified “body for life” workout and eating. Right now, it’s more modified than body for life. That’s the goal, though.

I’m doing my own thing. Watching what I eat and exercise (sonething I haven’t done in a long time…until now.)

I am doing a special plan that a nutritionist friend of mine wrote just for me and my body type 8 years ago. It is mainly just eating healthy. It helped me lose 100 pounds 8 years ago. So why not do what works.
