Up a pound today. I guess I really should not be surprised. I ate a ton of junk yesterday and had cookies for breakfast. What the hell was I thinking? I know better, ok now to make the rest of the day better. I am about to go get on the treadmill and I am going to chug the water today! I will turn this stumble around. There I feel better already!

I would figure out how many cals were in those cookies and spend the rest of the day burning those cals and eating negative cals like carrots, celery, plain tuna & lettuce. You’ll end up burning those fat cells away and then some! You can do it!!

Don’t weigh every day. What happens when you have been so very good all day and see no noticeable result. It would head me right back into the cookie jar. BTW….I put our treats into the trunk of the car. I figured I would be too embarrassed to go out of the house and look in the trunk for goodies. Just a thought.

I think we all go up and down in our weight by a pound or two. Weighing once a week is better for the psyche.

Some say don’t weigh in every day and do it once a week. Personally I like to do it every couple days because it keeps me focused - like you, one pound matters to me!
