(Now what kind of people will that bring to the site via search engines? ;))
Well, I went to my WW meeting this morning and it wasn’t really bad. I lost weight. I would have liked to have lost more. My current weight is 195.6 down 0.4 from last Saturday’s weigh-in. UGH! Annoying. Last week, over Christmas, I had lost a pound. I was hoping for more this week because I have been doing so well. I have been following program, exercising more than I usually do, and writing everything down. Sure I could drink more water, but I really thought that I did better in that, too. I am going to have so much water inside me this week, that people will here a sloshing noise when I walk by. My goal for next week is to drop below the 70 P2G mark.
On a happier note, my RL WW friend lost 3 pounds in her first week! Go Carolyn! She may even join this community sometime in the near future. I hope so.
Hope you all have a good weekend and stay motivated!:good:
Current 195.6=P2G 70.6

LOL on the sloshing. You are doing so great, Shelli. Keep it up! And it is so important to be doing this with friends.

.4 pounds is a good loss, Shelli! I remember weeks at WW that I had .2 loss (and weeks that I had none). Congrats and stay motivated.
10:35 am
Yeah! It’s way better than gaining, don’t you think? I’m going to drink gobs of water this week too!
10:41 am
You are so motivated, Shelli - you’ll reach your goal no problem with the extra water intake! Just remember to get more than 64 oz. a day at the beginning - you should be around 70-75 when you start flushing your system.

Thanks all for the positive reinforcement. Leanne thanks for the water info. I have only been getting about 6 glasses a day which is about 48 oz. Will try to up that.

Hey, .4 pounds is a healthy weightloss goal per week. And you never know what you’re body might be holding on to one week to a next. Keep on going! You’re doing great.

GG, sometimes it really is hard when you are working so hard and it feels like/or the scale doesn’t budge. Think positive.
They have WW meetings on Sundays where you are?!
4:51 pm
Thank you, Mrs. Flinger. I know, next week I could have a bigger loss. It is just that I felt like I worked so hard this week.

Great job! Don’t beat yourself up…you lost weight.
Slow and steady and you will get there.

I say ANY weight lost is a helluvalot better than gained weight.

Thanks, PJ and Nancy. I need lots of encouragement today.

Congrats! Whether it’s .4 pounds or 40, losing weight is always better than gaining it. Keep it up!
