For a measly can of Slim Fast? The thing only has 190 calories. I’m hungry in like, an hour. I grabbed one on the way out the door to run errands at 1:00, and it’s 3:30 and I want to eat my shirt. Is anyone out there on WW and doing the points that can tell me that stupid points calculator is wrong? If it’s not, that is one waste of 4 points…there is not keeping you satisfied in a can of Slimfast. And to think, in college, for one SOLID month, all I had three times a day was a Slimfast Shake. Don’t ask.

Hey Allison, I agree with you on the slim fast…i’ve tried that route and for the amount of points/calories, etc., it is far a better choice and more satisfying to just eat something. It just didn’t work for me. 4 points is just about my breakfast of 6 mini pancakes and 1 morning start sausage patty (which I was skeptical about at first)and those are not half bad. So, no more slim fast for me.. just my opinion.

It is a lot of points. It’s good to drink for lunch with a salad or something but by itself. No. So not worth it.

WW isn’t wrong – not by their calculations (which includes, calories/fat/fiber). And like the others, I’d rather have a big fat salad to fill me up – or even a fat free turkey sandwich with cheese for the same amount of points!
My parents eat those slim-fast bars and drinks and my Mom is having a HELL of a time losing weight and she always feels like she’s starving. I say “Down with Slim Fast!”

I sometimes will make a Slimfast smoothie for lunch. I use the mix and ice and milk and I calculated it as 3 points. I am not sure about the canned kind or if it is different depending on the flavor. The only flavor that I ever eat/drink is Chocolate Royale.

And 4 flippin’ for a regular soda too. Not worth it.

Wow 4 points? That is crazy!
