Your body needs time to rest to gain its true strength from the efforts you&#039;ve made - however, if you&#039;re doing less than 20, it might not be as needed. :)</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t get the &quot;don&#039;t read while you eat&quot; one too much either, to be honest. The only thing I can imagine is that they don&#039;t want you sitting down with a book and a bag of cookies, chips or some other food becuase you&#039;re more focused on the book (and just eat eat eating) instead of a careful portion of food. 

I suspect that if you&#039;re sitting down with a set amount of food and your fork isn&#039;t wandering off to other plates, or your hands dipping into the chip bag, it would be okay. :)</description>
