Thumper, yes they still make Chocolate Malt-o-meal and I love it.  Thanks for the vicodin offer, but so far Advil is working and if not, I have some Darvocet that I can use. :winking:</description>

PJ, it was feeling pretty good and then I used it a lot to play a game with my kids and then to take a shower and wash my hair.  First time since I hurt it yesterday.  Imagine washing your hair with your dominant arm bent L-shaped.  AGHHH!  So it is a little sore after that.

Rachel, You are NOT a loser!  Truly.  We do what we can.</description>
