I fill a gallon pitcher of water and put it in the fridge every morning as I’m fixing my coffee (for 3 mornings now) and by bedtime, it better be gone. Helps me get it all in. And, if I want something like a diet coke, I have a “must drink 2 glasses of water first” rule. Just a thought.

I keep a Brita pitcher in my fridge, the big one. Makes the water taste better and 1 filter actually lasts a decent amount of time. I have been happy with it.

I bought a pack of Fiji Water because I just LOVE their square shape.
I refill them every morning and by the end of the day - all of them should be empty!
It’s a good trick, and using water bottles also allows you to take them on the run. I have found if I take a bottle with me to work, I will drink the entire thing before I get there because I get bored driving! I do the same thing on the way home and I’m guaranteed to have at LEAST 2 for certain.

What a GREAT idea! I filter our water with a Brita, but I must buy a gallon of bottled water just to have the bottle. Thx for the tip!

I have a huge Brita filter thing in the fridge (with the spout on it so the kids can use it) and I drink so much more now.
