Its good you wrote it down, and it is still probably better than you would have done if you weren’t thinking about what you were doing. Looks like you had a pretty decent day in spite of that. Make the rest of the week count. I bet you will still lose at next weigh in!!

Well, you can use your Flex points and Sue is probably right, you will still probably lose weight this week. I think you did pretty well during the day. “One day at a time, no guilt and move on.”

Where did you get that on-line counter.

And use those flex points. And don’t eat those everyday. You’ll lose weight.
