		<description>I definately agree that at the start of a new eating plan you feel a bit more hunger....in fact I am on day 4 of WW and I still am trying to work out the best way to feel fuller but within points...I have 28 points allowed per day (23 plus 5 because I am breastfeeding a baby who is also getting some solids) and I still find myself feeling hungry on occasions.  I have yet to work out if it is true hunger or a &quot;I am used to eating something here&quot; type of hunger....:-) 
0 point veg is my fall back - making apoint of 0 point soup later today.
