Well, sigh, 2 of the 4 pounds were back on this morning. AND, my son is home with strep through so I didn’t get to go to aerobics today. He’ll be home tomorrow too, so I’ll have to hope my hubby will go into work later so I can go for a run early in the morning.
By the way, for any fellow Weight Watchers, the latest magazine has a triple recipe where you make Spaghetti Bolognese one night, use the leftovers to make Stuffed Greek Bell Peppers and then use the last bit of sauce on the last night to make Chili. The spaghetti was very flavorful, but not that saucy. Still it was decent. The stuffed bell peppers were VERY good and the chili was pretty good too.
If you have the magazine, give it try. Each were in the 4-5 point range without adding any bread or anything on the side. It made for great lunches/dinners for me this week!

I saw those recipes, too. Sounds like to much work for me and besides the kids wouldn’t eat it.
It sucks when your kids are sick! Hope you don’t get it!

Sorry about the strep.
We’re doing the same thing here with left overs. Make ‘em yummy AND fun and it’s less work that next night! Great plan.

Strep is no fun. Don’t worry about those 2 pounds…you’ll have them back off again in no time.

Don’t worry about the 2 pounds, that could easily be water. That recipe sounds yummy!
