I am feeling really good and motivated today. I lost another pound.
Total loss: 15 (happy dance)
I have to work all day and then I am going to the movies w. my book club. That is where the yikes comes in. Popcorn, swedish fish, chocolate covered peanuts. Oh man, it could be trouble. I feel I may be able to resist this, but we are going for a drink after. Margaritas. And, with those comes chips. Baskets and baskets of chips. I am done for! I also won’t have time for dinner.
Wish me luck. I don’t know how I will resist all this temptation!

Can you pick up a protein bar and throw it in your purse to snack on at the movies? Maybe ask for ice water with lemon? I know I know – we deserve to splurge once in a while, but think about how much stronger you’ll be for resisting!

I know what you mean at the movies, but just try to bring something with you to munch on. I know how addicting that good movie theater popcorn and other stuff is but just look forward to your margarita and a few chips. You can do it, you dont want that pound back!! I am going out tonight too, but I think I have a plan and I have all my points worked out with a few left over for insurance. Now sticking to that is another story but I am going to do my damndest.

Twizzlers have lower fat (even if they’re sugary) and Salsa is practically a gimme – it’s the chips you gotta watch out for.
