Ah, the start to another day, “with no mistakes in it yet”, as Anne of Green Gables would say.
I had a small, poached egg on a slice of unbuttered, WeightWatchers bread toast; 1/2 c. fat-free yogurt and 1/2 a small banana for breakfast…all for 252 calories! And I’m full. It’s a good start. I’ll update later on. Everyone have good days!

It’s been a fantastic day for me. Yay! At lunch, I had a tossed salad with tuna in it and for supper, we had baked chicken breasts (skin removed), rice, green beans and tomato wedges. Had skim milk and an apple as a snack. I easily got all my water in again today, and then some. So I’m feeling really great tonight.
Using the SparkPeople program to keep track of every morsel, I stayed at 1209 cal. for the day, on the low end of my 1200-1500 range. Every time my focus strayed today, I just reminded myself of the saying I see in many dieters’ signatures: Nothing tastes as good as slim feels. I’ll try to remember that!

Congratulations! Keep it up

How do you like that WW bread? I haven’t gotten any yet and was wondering if it is tasty enough to try. I love bread, but am toying with the idea of doing South Beach in combination with WW because something is not working with my attempts to lose weight.

I really like the WW bread. In fact, I prefer it. Both the whole wheat and white are very good. And it’s 2-for-1 which is a real bonus when it comes to sandwiches, etc. ~ NancyB
