I love this site. I really do. I love the support and the knowing I’m not alone. Reading about everyone and the start of the weight loss, the joy of the first couple of pounds, the frustration of staying the same, the agony of gaining. And knowing that everyone is going through the same thing, having the same feelings I am. I just like the feeling.
Ok, enough of the sappiness. I left my WW stuff in my car. And I put my pj’s on. The problem. I don’t remember how many points I have left and I am very hungry. Anyone want to go to my car for me. Thanks. that’s great.
So, today was a great day (can you tell from the happiness) I had a good breakfast. WW has yogurt shakes, 1 point (says the bottle, my point finder says 2, but I am going by the bottle, it’s WW approved for 1 point) anyway, I had that for breakfast and it was really good. Not super filling but did the job. Ya know, stopped the grumblies (sp?) and for a snack, some apple crisps (which were nasty by the way, but got the job done for needing to chew something.) For lunch leftover tuna/pasta. Yes it’s a ww recipe, maybe a card, this was in a book I got last time I joined. And some string cheese. Obviously no dinner yet. Since I am not going to my car. Does that mean I get extra points tomorrow. I am going to this great pizza place in Philly and they have this amazing polenta bread. I know that I can’t but I still have an extra 35 points to play with. I will behave and be careful. We are doing a lot of walking also. Activity points Woo-hoo. !!!!
Sorry I am in a really good mood
So, for something really hysterical, check this out My favorite, the celery log. This just cracks me up.

Ewwwww!
Alright, the celery log just looks NASTY. I didn’t look close enough to see what was in it–I was too grossed out by the sight of it…

Did you ever go out and find out how many points you have left?
Your food sounds good!

What an interesting link of old weight watchers food! I’m glad we have better choices today, the celery log looks kinda iffy… I agree this place is great for support and it keeps me motivated. Hey, enjoy your PIZZA! It sounds delish!

I’m glad you’ve had such a good day–focus on that positivity! :good: I remember some of those old WW cards from when my Mom went through the program in the 70s. And there WERE dehydrated onion flakes in everything…LOL!
9:40 pm
So happy for you back!
9:40 pm
Happy dancing here for you! When I did WW, I saved points to have a splurge day. Enjoy the pizza.
