I am really nervous about the weigh-in tomorrow at Weight Watchers. Against my better judgement, I have been weighing myself at home and the scale this week has been showing a gain. Probably from my inactivity that was due to my arm injury and my cough.
Thanks to all of you AWESOME :slaphappy: people, though, I am having no trouble getting all of my water in. In fact, yesterday I didn’t even have one Diet Dr. Pepper! And Leanne, none of them were Propel, either!:winking:
You guys all RAWK! I know you will say some things that make me less frightened about the scale tomorrow or that even if it is a gain, I won’t feel so bad. Thanks.

Girly, don’t weigh yourself daily. Your body needs a week to show any change if real change and things such as water gain and such will also alter the scale..

Alright alright, I’ll shaddup over here. :p
I am SO proud of you for not even having any soda yesterday. THAT, my friend, is an accomplishment even if the scale doesn’t change. Continue eliminating the things that hold you back, and you’ll keep moving forward, then you’ll look forward to those weigh-ins so you can show off your progress!

I know, Crystal, and that is what I tell other people, too. If I would only follow my own advice!
Leanne, I am just teasing you of course! Just a little sisterly joshin’.

Win, lose or draw…it is what it is and no sense being upset about it. If you have a gain, you just keep going ahead.
And don’t be surprised if you actually lose. And giving up the soda for water is HUGE!

Thinking of you now! Let us know how it goes. I’m sure that you’re work will pay off.

You have the right attitude. Whatever happens happens. I’m sure you lost. I hope you did. Let us know.

Different scales can vary widely in their numbers. What I’ve done in the past is calibrate my scale at home with the one at the doctor’s (or in your case, the WW scale). Come straight home after your meeting and get on the scale and then adjust it to what it says at WW. And then try not to get on it every day.

Keep it up, dear friend!

Thanks, NancyB. I will try to keep it in mind.
I will Mrs. Flinger. My weigh in day is tomorrow.
Thanks, Rachel. You should get an email when someone puts up a comment to a post that you subscribe to.
Amy, I did that. Last week I weighed naked before I went and there was exactly a pound difference. Mine was less of course, but I had clothes on at WW!
I know I shouldn’t weigh during the week, but it is the obsessive compulsive in me that makes me do it.
Thanks, R2K!
