Weighing In: Raehan

Hi all. I’m sorry I haven’t been here for a while. I’ve had a good week. The problem is I’ve been PMSing big time and I have trouble focusing enough to surf and comment when I’m like this.

The good news is I lost three pounds in week. Yoga has been awesome. I went four times to classes. I found it also makes you eat healthier.

I will be back in full force to comment when PMS is gone. Hopefully soon.

And Leanne, I hope I did the category right.

Three pounds!!! And you’re PMSing! Props to you, Raehan! Yoga makes me feel SOOO good when I’ve done it. I need to be more committed to it.

3 pounds is great while you have PMS. Once it over you probably lost more weight than you think.
