Grrreat Day

It’s been a good day today.  I’ve recorded every bite on the SparkPeople site and have had 80+ oz of water already.  Now, if I could just talk myself into an exercise routine.  I just bought a yoga DVD, and I’m actually looking forward to that.  I used to do yoga faithfully every day many years ago.  I also re-inflated my pilates ball…does that count?  At least I’m thinking about it. :D  I hope everyone else is having a good weekend as well.  It feels so GOOD to be staying on track!

Way to go Nanc! You rock and your enthusiasm is infectious. I LOOOOVE sparkpeople, too! It makes it so easy to track your food. I love it. Have a great rest of weekend!

Man, if inflating your ball was anything like inflating mine, it SHOULD count for something! And, then if you have to deal with all of the squabbles over it, and search all over the house for it when you want to use it like I do, well heck you’ve gotten in a full workout before you even start the DVD! ;)
