I know I’ve been gone for a couple days and I’ve missed the encouragement. The end of this week was crazy and although I made time to get on the treadmill every day, that was about it for my accomplishments. I figured if I had to choose between the treadmill and coming here it was going to be my treadmill and that’s all that time allowed for since Wednesday. I didn’t do the best with watching what I ate toward the end of the week either and its time for me to get back on track with that too. I did good with drinking my water and no, Leanne I haven’t visited a fast food restaurant yet. I still want to do this and I cannot let life get in the way of what I want for myself. Therefore, this next week my goal is to be kind to myself. To do the things that I need to feel good (not including chocolate!), and to take time for myself. Just a little every day! Hey, Happy Birthday tomorrow Leanne! Take care to all of you and don’t eat the football party food this weekend. Go Broncos!

What Shelli said. If the chose was treadmill or here, or anything remotely involving my laptop, laptop wins. It’s sad but true. I wonder…does the gym I want to join had internet access and can I use my laptop on the bike or treadmill…that would be awesome and not the least bit safe.
