A-OK!

Still eating on plan, tomorrow I will weigh and let you know what’s up. (or hopefully, down)

Today we went to McDonald’s and I didn’t waver. And let me tell you, me and Ronald go WAY back. I loves me some fast food… But, I had a salad (no dressing, they were all wrong in some way) and tea with stevia I’d brought from home. I didn’t even have any cravings for the other food. I think I’m going to be OK.



Third Time’s a Charm

Well, I’ve had my third “perfect” day in a row.  :yahoo:  I’ve written everything down–everything–and have stayed in the 1200-1250 range all three days.  I’ve consumed copious amounts of water–never less than 80 oz/day.  And I even got some mild stretching in today.  It feels so great to finally be on track again.  Yeehaw!
I have a doctor’s appt tomorow morning–I go about every six weeks to two months for a BP check and weigh in, so I’ll get an official weight tomorrow.  I know I’ve lost since I saw him last…but I’m also sure I had a small gain over Christmas, so we’ll see what the scale says and how that evens out.  I’m going to print out the sparkpeople sheets I’ve kept so far and let him have a look at them.  I know he’ll be supportive.



Sunday, inside

Unsure why, but by comments are coming up as from Libragirl, which is ok as that’s my blog site, but just in case anyone doesn’t realize it, I’m Libragirl.

Anyway….Saturday was easy. I was out and doing stuff, knew I was going for Pizza and therefore didn’t overeat. Today, it snowed and my sister didn’t come over and I did laundry and am sitting in my house, bored watching bad movies and basically opening and closing the cabinets wondering if eating my nieces’ baby food is bad. (Just for the record, yes) I could go out, go for a walk, but it’s really cold and windy and snowy and did I mention REALLY COLD. So that’s out. I walked the stairs today. 6 flights so that’s something. Did I mention that it’s so windy I can hear it and every once in a while it seems like there is thunder. There isn’t it just seems it because the wind is so strong.
This is frustrating. I am not hungry, I know I’m not hungry, eating out of boredom is stupid, I know that. I know other people have the same problem so what do you do?

Just a reminder that we have a recipe section chock full of nummy foods to choose from when you can’t think of anything healthy to make. The recipes are set up on a separate blog and database so they can be categorized by meal/snack/drink, etc. It’s linked right in the top menu.

It’s been a busy few days, I need to get caught up with everyone. I didn’t reach my b-day goal but that’s okay, I’m 1.5 lbs. from it and will hit it in a few days. I just won’t be such an over-achiever! I’ve also changed my target weight. I think I was reaching on that one, too, so I’ve just decreased it by 4 lbs which is a weight I can actually remember being at one point. Once I get there, I’ll make new goals if I think I need to.

I hope you’re all doing well, I’ll get caught up again in the next day or two, and I’ll get new members who are waiting set up tomorrow.
