Still eating on plan, tomorrow I will weigh and let you know what’s up. (or hopefully, down)
Today we went to McDonald’s and I didn’t waver. And let me tell you, me and Ronald go WAY back. I loves me some fast food… But, I had a salad (no dressing, they were all wrong in some way) and tea with stevia I’d brought from home. I didn’t even have any cravings for the other food. I think I’m going to be OK.

Way to go! I am really weak at McD’s…gotta have those fries! So, i avoid at all costs. I do like the Newmann’s Own Light Balsamic Vinigiarette they have there though, FYI. If you haven’t tried it, it’s not half bad.

Oh man, if I go into a McD’s I HAVE to have fries. So I’m not even going in lately… anyone who can go in and have a salad gets props from me!

There are a lot of things I choose to avoid on my plan, and there was something in each of the dressings at McD from my list, that’s all I meant. I’m sure they’re all tasty

McD’s has one helluva healthy salad on the menu though - sans the dressing and the croutons and you did awesome!!
I had their grilled chicken cobb salad - it’s packed with protein and fiber - and low cals. I think there’s around 280 cals! It’s a GREAT choice! Good for you!

Way to go, Jen. I love McD’s salads, too, but hate all their dressings, so I can relate. What is “stevia”? Just curious. You rock. I have a hard time going there without getting a shake. I am impressed and inspired. :dance:
