I am going to do the same thing. I have magnets and am going to put it at work and on my fridge at home. It’s a good statement and very true.

My sister used to keep a picture of a pig on her fridge, with “Do you REALLY want that?” scrawled over it. She’s pretty thin, so I’m thinking it helped!
