8 Pounds!

I am down 8 pounds in one week! Let me explain first that this loss is almost entirely water, as I was very swollen before I started, but HEY, I’ll take it! I expect next week’s weigh in to be much more modest.

 Eating on plan today, a little behind on water because I was out running around a lot, but I’m catching up as we speak!

What I love about this post is that you’re excited, successful and wise - that sort of loss isn’t likely to last for those who aren’t starring on Biggest Loser, but it’s a FANTASTIC start to motivate you to a progressive life change that will keep you shedding the weight!
