Found this yesterday evening and thought I would share it with you all…I got a bit of a shock when it came back with the figure I should be having – 135oz it said for me but it also said that if I am eating a healthy diet with plenty of veg and fruit then I could ain for 105 oz instead as I would be getting water in my fruit and veg too….
I am definately going to try and aim for over the 100 oz mark today as I have my 1st WI tomorrow morning and I want a loss!!!! Previously I have been having around 80 oz of water so its an extra few glasses for me today. *sip*

This is a great little tool! It showed me that I should be drinking 126 oz. … 100 if I’m eating well, as you said. I’ve been aiming for 100 (usually 96 is what I get) so that’s on target. Thanks for sharing the link.

Very interesting. Mine said 105 or 83 with a healthy diet. Play the P2G drinking game with me. Every time you read or write the word “awesome” in a post or comment, take a drink of water. We should all be well hydrated before to long. It will be awesome! :winking: Cheers

Wow…that thing suggests I should drink way more than my docs have said to… Granted, I drink a heck of a lot more than it even suggests on medication breakthrough days, but still.

Mine said 90 oounces.
I drink at least 64 ounces a day. I drink mostly water anyway.
