Or let me tell you…that should be down, down and a weigh. I weighed in at the doctor’s this morning and I’m down 5 1/4 lbs from the last time I saw him on December 1! :yahoo:
My scales showed closer to 6, so I weighed myself the minute I got back home and our scales differ by about a pound. So, allowing that I probably had a couple pound gain over Christmas, I’m really pleased. And I’m sure more of that has come off over the past week, since I’ve joined this group and started journaling, getting my water in, etc. He thinks the 1200 calories a day is right on target for me and was impressed by the print-outs from the sparkpeople site.
So, needless to say, I’m a happy camper and more determined than ever to stay on program. Thank you so much again for all the support and encouragement. I hope I can give the same back to you…and I hope you/we all have a good week!

I weigh myself every day here, but I’ll use the doc’s scales as an official weight. And it’s thanks to you for creating this wonderful place where we can all meet and share. :good:
