of boredom eating, (which I couldn’t do because I have no food);
First, I ate lettuce., cruchy, so the mouth is moving. It’s food and it’s healthy, (ok, it was 2 heads of Romaine, that’s ok right)
Second, I worked out. YES I DID SO, A friend of mine gave me a dvd awhile ago Cardio Striptease and I decided to finally check it out. It was fun. I squated like a stripper and pretended to take my shirt off. I didn’t realize that a guy taught it, since I have a copy, but it was really fun and REALLY EASY. No difficult steps or anything like that. Just some very easy moving and dancing. Lots of hip action.
Third - I moved away from the kitchen. If I can’t see the kitchen, I won’t keep looking. It’s purely psychological but it works for me. Out of sight and out of mind. Now, I weigh in on Wednesday, I will let you know if it worked. I hope so.

Rachel, you have an inner bad girl. LOL! That sounds like a very fun workout. And 2 heads of romaine — healthy—um, fiber–um, should lose some weight that way
You are doing great!

Here’s keeping my finger’s crossed for you!

Lettuce works…unless your intestines decide Oh No You Don’t! I had to give up salads because of the Great Gut Revolt of 2005. But if it doesn’t bother you, it’s a reasonable filler with barely any calories, and that crunch sure as heck does satisfy.

Sounds like a fun workout.
Good luck with your weigh-in!

I have Carmen Electra’s Strip Aerobics, but I haven’t tried it yet. I might have to, I guess. Way to go!
