I’m sorry I haven’t been around real life got in the way. I did weigh in with WW on Monday and lost 4 pounds! However I have been eating everything in sight for the last 2 days. I have already decided I have to stop and get back on track so tomorrows food is already in the fridge. I only have to put it in my bag on the way out the door. I hope my mini binge doesn’t impact me to much. Hello to all the new people who have joined. Hopefully I will be less MIA soon.
