One more day til weigh in.

I joined Nutrisystem again. I had done it before but they sent me so much food that I didn’t like, that it wasn’t good. This time, I made my own list and got what I wanted. Surprisingly, desert was the hardest. Not a lot of stuff.

So I am starting it on Feb 2nd. The beginning of my new year. The gym, food and starting a new job (at my old job)

I get weighed tomorrow. I’m a little nervous, but whatever happens, happens. I am going to wear the same clothes tomorrow that I wore last week. I figure that if I wear the same top, it will help with the weight. I am wearing jeans tomorrow, but next time I get weighed I will be in work clothes.

I hate weekends. Ok, not really because it’s a weekend and no work. The problem is that if I’m not home, I forget to write down what I ate. If I am home, I either eat everything or not at all and forget to write it down. And then when you forget one day, then the next, then Monday, it’s like why bother, I get weighed in two days, I can keep a mental track. I actually can, it’s not hard but I do better when I am accountable. That’s one of the other reasons I joined Nutra system again. I am hoping that with organized meals, with the nutritional value, I will keep better track even on weekends.

NS is a good program. I went about 12 years ago, but I was so slow losing that it just got too expensive for me…and I have to travel an hour to get there. Good luck to you–I’m sure it’ll be a great success! :grin:

::Whines::: I miss NutriSystem. I loved most of the food, it was easy, I was never hungry, never got the munchies, and I lost weight on it easily.

They don’t have a lot of “dessert” type foods, but the caramel popcorn is really good, and I like the cheesy curls. And the mint decandence bars, which totally hated me in return.

Oh and if you got the chocolate cake thingy, get some chocolate ready whip, cut the cake in half, spread some of the ready whip on on half, put it back together, and feeze it… it’s verrrrrry good and really low fat. And the only way I could gag that cake down :lol:
