I have exercised for the past 3 days. And, while I know I could work out harder, at least I am working out.
Eating right also…
I ate a “Lean Cuisine Spa Meal” the other night (chicken pecan) and it was acutally quite good. I was surprised. I was full, but would have liked a little salad with it. The thing is only 250 calories.
I have obssesed about my weight forever. For the first time in a long time, I feel mentally commited to weight loss. I find once I get my head on board, the rest is a lot easier.
Keep up the good work ladies. You all are doing great.

You’re doing great too! Kudos on the exercising–that’s one of the things I still have to really work on. And yes, I think once your head is into a program, the rest of the body follows.

Lean Cuisine meals are my absolute favorite – they totally coordinate with my WW efforts and they’re quite yummy! You should try the pizza or panini (new) – they’re fantastic and to be honest, I don’t feel that hungry after eating them! Some of the smaller 4/5 point meals do require a salad or something on the side to fill up, but there are quite few that are awesome! (drink up!)

that’s wonderful! i know that they say its all about the battle of the bulge. but you know what?? its the mental battle that you really have to wage in order to win the war. and it looks like you’re on the path to VICTORY!!
keep up the great work!

Great, Nancy. I have heard someone say that 95% of our weightloss is between our ears. Once we really get our mind wrapped around it, we should be able to conquer it.

Mental commitment is half the battle. WTG!
