Thanks, Nancy! This was really facinating (I got the link fine.) I have trouble sleeping so the whole discussion regarding obesity and not sleeping enough really got my attention. Now, I’m really going to push for earlier bedtimes and see if I feel better and have better luck with things.

Fantastic tips - I fight that night time snacking crave by trying to plan one after dinner snack. It seems to work usually! But not always! haha

I always overate at night and couldn’t eat breakfast.
It was one of the first things I knew I had to change!
