Out From Hiding

I know, I haven’t posted in a while.  I intended to post last Friday but started PMSing and totally blew it.  So I haven’t stepped on the scale.  I have been working hard to get back on track.  I have been doing my Walk Away the Pounds dvd with the stretchie.  I walk at least 3 miles a day, altogether or broken up.  If I’m in a pinch I just do the one mile in the morning and do two miles in the evening.  It’s a great workout.  Very simple, no hard steps to learn.  She can get annoying at times, but I just tune her out.  I have noticed that my jeans are getting really loose and my husband is even noticing too! :lol:   So if I’m not losing any weight, I know for sure that I’m losing inches.  The DVD set sells at Amazon for $44.99, but I picked it up at Walmart for $17.98.  I ordered my 8 minute workout along with WATP Walk and Jog and WATP Walk and Kick.  It should be arriving this week and I can’t wait to try them.  I like to add variety to my workout so I won’t get bored and give up.

 I think I’ll weigh myself tomorrow so I’ll update then.  Hopefully my PMSing didn’t do too much damage.

Way to go COABM. It doesn’t matter what the scale says if your jeans feel looser and your husband notices. :winking:

Boredom is one of my worst enemies! Good for you for finding variety in your workouts. :)

I’m so proud of you and those who actually get off your duff and exercise – I wish I could find the inspiration to do it!
