Good news and Bad

Well, I have been doing yoga regularly still, but have not been doing a great job of keeping track of eating this week. We’ll see what the damage is at weigh in tomorrow. This morning my weight was still down and I havne’t been eating tons, but I think I really need to report in here every single today from now on to stay on track.

WHAT? The last time I checked, you were in 3rd! No fair! But good still. Good for you and the yoga, too. I have to check in almost daily, too or I don’t stick with it.
