….is my driving force. Really. He pushes me and pushes me until I do what I need to do. Tonight, I said I was going to work out and before I could change my mind, he went outside, started my truck, brushed all the snow off of it (we got about 2 inches of snow in only a couple hours today) and came back in to tell me my truck was running and waiting for me to go to the gym and then he left to go to the grocery store to get some last minute items for dinner. He knows if I get out the door, I will go. Since I would have had to go out to shut off the damn truck, I would end up going to the gym. So I went to the bathroom, gathered up my stuff and trudged off to the gym.
Where I walked on the treadmill for 62 minutes which ended up coming out to about 3-1/4 miles!!!:yahoo::yahoo: I feel so good after I go, I just have to get my butt out the door. I certainly hope the scale reflects my efforts. I am also going to the gym tomorrow night with Carolyn, my RL friend who is on here too, so that should help, too.
I also am doing well with my water! I tried the lemon thing and that just made me thirsty. I didn’t like it. Anyone need lemons? I bought two I am not going to use. One is already cut up. Anyone? Anyone? Okay.

That’s great. Even just to clean off my car would be nice.
With water, if lemon didn’t work, try orange or rasberries.

I don’t add anything to my water. I like it plain but I know some people who are not water drinkers and can’t eat lemons that did the rasberry thing and liked it. The other trick they tried was a 1/4 packet of sweet n low…just for flavor.
