I don’t have a weight or anything to report, until tomorrow, but I just wanted to say thanks for the nice warm welcomes I got from a bunch of you. I think this is going to really help me stick with this diet. Even if the ice-cream cravings never go away…

If ice cream calls, answer, but have one scoop instead of two, or a ww ice cream bar or sorbet. If you crave, you may end up binging on it.

They won’t. Just give in on occaision and control your portion size. If you tell yourself that you CAN’T have anything then that is when it is easiest to “fall off the wagon”.

I promise, some cravings go away (especially when you don’t have them for a bit).
