I worked out at the gym this week for a total of 3.5 hours, did almost 5 miles on the treadmill and lifted weights that focused on core and lower body (I am still not supposed to lift with my arm). I have been watching what I eat and logging it all on SparkPeople. I have been drinking all my H2O. So one would think that I would lose this week, right? NOOO! I gained. Only 0.4 of a pound, but still a gain. I have to say that I do have my period right now. I know it will show up on the scale next week. I hope it will show up BIG!! I am going to keep on keeping on. So poop on you, scale. I know I will beat you! This is my year to shine. My (WW) leader told me so this morning. I believe!:grin:

Ok, remember, muscle does weigh more than fat. How do you feel? More energy? How do your pants feel? A little looser?
Wait until after your “friend” takes the water away. You may be surprised that you are doing better than you think.

Thanks, R2K, I know. I think I am doing better than what the scale shows. I measured today, but I don’t have any comparison. I will next week at this time. I DO have more energy! And I actually crave water now, so that alone is a step in the right direction.

Leanne, I must have gained muscle somewhere because I lost something in my bra. I went to buy new bras today and I went down a size. Doesn’t it just figure?! :winking:
