Well, even though my weight has actually gone up, it appears I have lost some somewhere. Yesterday, I went to look for new bras, and wouldn’t you know I had to go down a size. I am well-endowed (nursing three kids alone will do that to you), shall we say, so it really isn’t noticeable, but isn’t that just the way? The boobs are the first to go!
I worked out with my husband today. I lifted and went 5 miles on the bike! I was really workin’ it! I was dripping wet and my butt is killing me! But, you know what? I feel great (other than the soreness that is).
One more thing…Especially for all you drinking-water-haters out there. I found the perfect solution to help you get in those required glasses of water. I went to the grocery store, you could go to your local coffee shop, too, and I bought a bottle of Torani Sugar-free Raspberry flavored syrup. I put a couple tbsp. in a 23oz. bottle with ice and water and then I squeeze two lemon slices into the water and drop them in the bottle. It tastes like a slightly weak raspberry lemonade. I made my own Propel. Except it has ZERO calories and only 5mg sodium per serving! It is really good. They have all different flavors and you can order them online, too. The two links above are separate. The first is for the Torani main page and the Sugar-free is for the whole line of sugar-free syrups, so you can see what they have available.
I just know I am going to have a good week and next weigh in I am going to have a loss!

Awesome work. Saddle sore goes away as you bike. You are really on your way.
I’ll miss my boobs whenever I get to my goal weight

It is great that you are seeing changes. I’m built the same way and it always leaves first in my face and boobs. Here’s to lower cup sizes, ladies! HA!

I’m a 38D at the moment, so I wouldn’t mind losing a size or two! :indifferent: Good for you for doing ALL that wonderful exercise–I’m betting you have a large loss this week. You’re an inspiration! :good:

Thanks for the tip, R2K.
CMC, I’m hoping for loss in my face!
NancyB, I don’t mind losing a size or two, either, I just don’t want them to be floppy. Thank you, you are, too!

That’s great. It’s normal to not lose weight right away when you’ve added an exercise routine, but then once the muscle is formed it will help you lose faster.

Oh, that sounds so yummy! I’ll have to try it.
Good job on the bike! I’m like you.. all about losing the boobs. I seriously think if the boobs go, it makes you look smaller really fast.
Keep up the good work!
