Sunday Check In

I can’t believe the weekend’s almost gone.  Man, they whiz by.

I had a good day today.  I had an excellent day until suppertime — I roasted a chicken (sounds like something you’d do at a Comedy Club…) and made dressing instead of potatoes, thin gravy (after cooling and removing most of the fat), and mixed veggies.  Which was all just fine, except that I ate enough dressing to put me 100 calories over my 1200 goal, but still within the 1200-1500 range.  No snacks tonight!

How did everyone else do over the weekend?  Looking forward to a more structured tomorrow!

I had a great weekend! Everything went well. I drank my H20, I exercised and I logged all my food on SparkPeople!

Sounds like you did pretty well, too. Good for us, huh?! :friends:

Good going. You must be feeling very good about yourself, and deserve to.

Aside from my “fweedlows” and 2 beers with my husband, I did really well. Although everyone has a cold, and I didn’t exercise at all. Back on track when everyone feels better.

You are doing great!

I blew it this weekend. All you can eat buffet, pizza night and fast food burgers. Oh and fries too! I stepped on the scale this morning and the needle didn’t move either way. Wow, I was amazed!!

It could have been a lot worse. But, it wasn’t that good. Too bad wine has so many calories…

Glad you had such a great weekend.

WOW.. 1300 cals for the day is still great. It’s consistancy that matters so you’re on track! Good job!
