I weighed myself this a.m., and I’ve maintained. So I’m still down 5, with 25 to go. I’m actually happy with this, as I’m pretty puffy right now at this time of the month.
I’ve been stressed lately with a hectic atmosphere at home – major plumbing project underway, with house in upheaval. I broke into my freezer stash of Girl Scout thin mints last night. Gah. Back to behaving today.
I need to learn to meditate or stretch or something when I’m stressed! Rather than reach for the sweets.

Good for you for even maintaining — those mint cookies are to die for.
I find that the meditation part of Yoga is very helpful. It’s not only relaxing, but it helps you “refocus” so to speak. Good luck! You’re obviously doing somethin right. :good:

I think that we all struggle with this. You are doing okay. I would probably have just stopped short of eating the whole sleeve, you know, so I didn’t have to say that I ate the whole sleeve! :shame:

But Maitaining is very good, especially at that time of the month.

It’s ok to slip every once in awhile, but hang in there. I totally relate to home improvement stress
