The PMS … or whatever evil played with my appetite control … seems to have gone. In fact, yesterday and today I hardly had any appetite at all and struggled both days to get my calorie count above 1000. (I can’t believe I just said that!) I’ve been getting my water in with no problem; in fact, I crave it when I don’t have it now, and that’s saying some from one who has always had to force it or flavor it. My biggest problem is getting in some more exercise. I really have to buckle down and work out some sort of routine and schedule. But that will come.
Winter has returned to Nova Scotia and we’re getting dumped on, so that makes walking somewhat hazzardous. I think my goal for tomorrow will be to work out a routine for the exercise ball and resistance bands and do that on alternate days with the yoga. It’s a start, at least.
Friday morning is weigh-in for me, so I hope to have a loss. I’m starting to see a difference in my clothes, and that’s really nice.
And I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be doing nearly as well if it weren’t for all the support I get here. :friends:

Nancy, I think that we are on the same track. I totally crave water now, where I hated it before–it was like medicine to me. My appetite took a dive, too. I hope that sticks around!lol. I am working out a lot more this week than previous weeks but it is because my arm is finally better. Keep up the good work PHAT (Pretty Hot And Tempting) sister! :winking:

I’m with you on the no appetite. Maybe my stomach will shrink before my brain figures it out
