Hi everyone!
I am still around (just distacted, playing around with cafepress) and still on WW. Not doing great though I must say! I haven’t done well with my water recently and my actual food choices, although within points, haven’t been the smartest. But thats all in the past now right? Yesterday morning was my WI class and I got there eventually (long story - might post it on my blog later when I have both hands free to type.) Was a little annoyed as I couldn’t stay for the meeting as my mum had ben asked to go into work earlier than normal (she watches kids) and was even more annoyed when I got there and discovered that the topic of the meeting was “PORTION CONTROL” - yup possibly the main thing that I need help with and I can’t stay to listen.
So I stood on the scales and I LOST 1LB. Yay!
:yahoo:
Not quite as good as losing 4.5 the previous week but a loss is a loss right?
So, 5.5lb total loss since 10th Jan 2006 (started WW)
80.5 POUNDS STILL TO GO.
Right off to get a glass of water now, must do better…….
Might have to get a couple of 50oz bottles like someone (was it you Leanne?) said they used.

Way to go! That’s awesome!

Congratulations on the loss! :good: You’re right, a loss is a loss! Small losses add up to big losses. Keep up the good work.
Sorry you missed the meeting you felt would help the most. Is there someone you could call to see what was said?

A pound is a pound is a pound. :good: Keep it up!

Well I guess you weren’t doing as bad as you thought you were - nice job! Hell if I post a loss this week I’ll be E C S T A T I C. :indifferent:
Yep, that’s me with my 50oz. jugs over here. Just call me saturated!

1 pound is 1 pound. Anything lost is wonderful. Some weeks it will be more, some less, we just gotta keep on board. Ask WW for the booklet on portion sizes. I remember that meeting, here it was a couple of weeks ago and it was a good meeting. if they dont have it I would be glad to scan the booklet and email it to you.

Look at it this way. That’s equivalent to a couple of sticks of butter. And about comparable. I always try to tell myself that one pound down is definitely better than one pound up.
Good for you!

Keep it going!

Good for you for staying focused. Portion control is the biggest goal. If you get that, you can do anything!
