That’s how I feel about my weight loss progress! I’m down 2.5 pounds from my start 3 weeks ago. I’ve also lost 2.5 inches off my waist and 1.5 inches off my thigh. It seems my rear end is staying put however. It certainly isn’t coming off as fast as I would like and 2.5 pounds doesn’t seem like much for three weeks, but its still coming off. I also broke one of the zero numbers today so I feel good about that. I’ve had to put away my treadmill because we’ve started framing walls to finish our basement. Instead I bought two videos that I’ve been doing and have enjoyed and my knees don’t hurt as bad either. (Pilates and Fat Burning for Dummies available at Target for $12.99 ea) It’s for those of us that are a bit clumsy and not so good at moving front, back, side to side and breathing all at once without falling down. I’ve been drinking my water and I know I need to still pay more attention to what I’m eating and that is my goal for the next week. I’ve also decided that I will likely only be checking in here once a week. Working, homework, getting my son caught up on phonics and the upcoming science fair projects are keeping us all busy. If it comes down to working out or checking in here I’m working out. Hope all of you are having a great day! Work out and have fun!

Good job! Way to go. I haven’t lost anything yet. Does that make you feel better? I hope so!

Keep up the good work. I know keeping a workout schedule can be the first thing to go when you’re busy, but that’s the thing you gotta hold on to.
(trying to take my own advice here…)
Keep up the god work!

When you’re down to the last 20, I wouldn’t expect more than 1/3 of a pound a week. Your lean muscle has to burn that layer because it’s so thin! You’re doing great, and you know it!
