		<description>Sometimes keeping everything the same is actually a bad thing.  You&#039;re doing great, you&#039;ve had a loss, and now your body is saying &quot;okay, I&#039;ll just use this here, it&#039;s all regulated and I know what I&#039;m getting every day&quot;.  Give yourself a little variety, go under one day, slightly over the next day.  Always stay low fat, low simple carbs.  

Here&#039;s a little example, have a baked potato for lunch on Monday (fat free sour cream and I can&#039;t believe it&#039;s not butter, some chives to spice it up) - on Tuesday have a grilled chicken salad.  Little variations like that keep your metabolism going strong.   :) 

Hang in there!  I hope you get a good report from the doc, I bet if you tell him you&#039;re feeling sluggish he&#039;ll check your thyroid, they seem to be a source of grief for a lot of people!</description>
